To create an account simply download our Sabi App, please
visit play store and search for Sabi or click here for the Web

How long does it take to receive my product?
The average delivery timelines are displayed on the product
page when you order. We send regular updates on the progress
of your order via SMS to your registered phone number, and app
notifications/alerts to the Sabi App. We recommend that you

Can I add multiple phone numbers to login to my account?
To ensure that your account is always secure, multiple phone
numbers cannot be added. However, changing your current phone
number means changing your account.
How can I use my cashback?
In your Sabi Wallet, choose cashback as your preferred payment
method at the point of checkout and your cash back value would
be debited from the grand total of your purchase. Please note
you will be required to pay the balance using the Sabi Wallet
